Payment upon registration or cash on the day if arranged with the Match Secretary.

IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING MONTHLY GAMES

Monthly games will proceed regardless of weather conditions, unless the course is officially closed by the course manager. If you prefer not to play in wet or unfavorable weather, please monitor the forecast and make your decision accordingly.

Withdrawals:

  • The cut-off for any withdrawals is the Wednesday prior to the game. Players are liable for the game fee for late withdrawals.

  • Same-day withdrawals are not acceptable, as they create significant disruptions and require extensive reshuffling to accommodate committed players.

Your cooperation is greatly appreciated to ensure smooth and fair play for all participants.

We look forward seeing you at the game! Please take note of the following.

  • IMPORTANT! Players to arrive 30min prior to their tee start and collect their individual scorecards from the Match Secretary.

  • Players to be ready at the tee box 10min prior to their tee start.

  • Please make payment before the game via eft as per the details on the registration form or if paying cash on the day arrange with the Match Secretary.

  • Normal club attire applies. Club shirt, -belt, -socks, hat/cap, - navy blue pants or skirt.

  • Guests to wear normal golf attire eg. collared shirt, golf pants/skirt (no t-shirts, singlets, denims or gym tights or cargo pants / work pants etc.)

  • Attire at prize giving: The clothes you played in (collared shirt, golf pants/shirt) No denims, no sandals, thongs/slops or crocs. Closed shoes only.

  • If unsure ask a committee member or your sponsor.
